Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse and fulfillment center in Leicester , UK.

The Farmacist has a dedicated drop shipping postage and packaging department that is committed to sending out the customer’s ordered items as quickly and securely as possible.

All our UK shipping prices and duration can be viewed  . All the shipping options are weight based. Preferred options can be picked and chosen.

It is our aim to provide same-day dispatch for all order placed before 1 pm during workdays i.e., Monday-Friday. However, this isn’t always possible. Therefore, for order shipment we would ask to add one extra day for processing delivery*.

*Delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch and not from when the order was placed.

Available shipping options will be shown to the customer at checkout from where the desired method can be chosen. Shipping cost will be increased accordingly for orders that require more than one service.

The Farmacist takes no responsibility for orders/parcels that go missing under the Royal Mail Standard service as it is untracked. For orders placed under this shipment method, no replacement or refunds will be provided.

Various third-party couriers are used to fulfill our orders depending upon factors like the destination, weight and size of the order. Regrettably, it is possible on rare occasions for ordered items to be subjected to delays, damage or loss. In the event that such an issue arises with your delivery, get in touch with us as quickly as possible. We will work towards rectifying any problem as soon as we are notified.

It is our aim to deliver all of the orders within the estimated delivery time. Customers will be informed if for any reason we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframe.

Our delivery partners that help us get our items to the customers include DHL, DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail, UK Mail, UPS and Yodel.

It is unlikely for customers to not have received their ordered items; it is recommended to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before reaching out to us. Courier services can occasionally be subjected to unexpected delays which regrettably we do not have control over.

It should be noted that the delivery duration applies after the customer has made the payment and not from the time when the order has either been placed and/or created.

Note: Royal Mail Large Letter option unfortunately won’t be available for our premium customers on the Inventory Source Platform. This is due to the reason that it’s only available for a few select number of items. The option also requires complex settings on our website to be implemented to our customers. But we will choose the Large Letter – tracked – option every time it is available for your items, so that you will still gain the benefits of the Large Letter option.

The international shipping/delivery duration mentioned above is only an estimate and may vary from country to country. In some situations, delivery of orders may take longer than the mentioned estimated time.

International shipping is available on all plans to all customers.

Please note that customers will be responsible for all taxes and the costs related to customs in the destination country.

Customers are advised to check the laws related to importing e-cigarette products in their destination country before placing an order. Some of the products may require permits and special licenses to import. We will not be responsible for products that are rejected and/or confiscated by your local customs.

Customers are also informed that CBD flowers cannot be shipped internationally.
